A key player in the Spread Eagle rapid build program is Mike Johnson, a gifted CNC programmer with B & B Diversified in Roseau, MN... Mike received the flattened spar box and rib samples to be reversed engineered and in a few hours had the dimensions with rivet holes layed out and the vacuum jigs ready to be thru drilled for production... It took 2 hours of setup (program tuning) and 3 machine hours to make 240 boxes and 36 compression ribs... Matt has much admiration for the skill Mike displayed on this project...
